Calling all teachers, schools and students at both the primary and secondary phases!
If you’ve not yet heard of the upcoming Youth Climate Summit (9-13th November 2020), then where you’ve been!? Coordinated by charity Global Action Plan and a team of dedicated teachers, the Youth Climate Summit is a free, week-long virtual festival (9-13th November) of days of themed discussions and activities.
To whet your appetite, here is a short clip promoting the Summit. The clip is a promo edit of “Why Not Now?”, a performance poetry piece written by myself inspired by the positive actions taken by young people to address the climate crisis.
When the Summit begins, you’ll be able to enjoy the full poem, and explore the case studies that make up the lyrics.
